The range of handles available for your choice of knife without a corkscrew is wide. You might want to choose natural materials such as wood or horn. If you have to work in wet or extreme conditions, perhaps compound materials such as paperstone or ABS would better resist such hostile environments.

The steel we use for our blades are 12C27 stainless steel. It is currently the best steel used for knife-making. However, if you happen to be a fan of carbon steel (which does go lack with time), let us know and we can change the blade for you.

Without corkscrew
