Our olive wood handles are made of North African wood. We chose the best quality wood before cutting the desired pieces and we work by hand, so you are guaranteed a completely unique knife handle.
Veins patterns and the quantity of knots will vary from one knife handle to another giving them their unique charm.
Every so often, you can nourish the wood by rubbing the handle with a cloth dipped in oil (olive or other cooking oil, linseed...) to restore its original lustre.
