This work replicate nineteenth century luxury Laguiole knives that, long ago, used to be nearly exclusively made of ivory.
For this modern version, blond horn has been chosen for its elegant reminder of the plumage of the well-known travelling carrier bird.
The blond horn selected to make our knife handles comes from the solid extremity of the horn, where it is full and dense. Gage of quality and robustness, our horn handles are carved in the mass.
